Lovely To Meet you
I climbed the corporate ladder. But somewhere along the way, I lost myself.
Hi, I’m Sophia, a career confidence and burnout coach for driven women who want to grow in their careers without sacrificing their well-being.
With a BBA in Finance from Howard University and an MBA from Syracuse, I was no stranger to high expectations, tight deadlines, and 60-hour workweeks.
I knew how to succeed, but I didn’t know how to stop.
Like so many driven women, I was thriving on paper… and completely drained behind the scenes.
I kept telling myself, “Just get through this week. Then it’ll get better.”
But the truth? It didn’t. It only got heavier.
Eventually, I took a step back, a career break that gave me the space to reconnect with myself and reevaluate everything. During that time, I wrote and published a workbook rooted in real-life reflection, and began helping other women do the one thing no one teaches us in corporate: set boundaries without guilt.
My Mission
To help driven women in corporate stop running on fumes, start honoring their energy, and grow in their careers, without burning out.
I believe balance isn’t a luxury. It’s a leadership skill.
Teams & Leaders I Support
I work with organizations that want to support the women driving their success without driving them into burnout.
My workshops, talks, and leadership resets are designed for companies who recognize:
-
Their top performers are delivering, but quietly depleted
-
Leadership teams are stretched thin, yet still “pushing through”
-
ERG and DEI efforts need programming that speaks to real pressure, not surface-level solutions
-
Retention challenges often start with silent exhaustion
I specialize in supporting high-capacity women in corporate environments where the bar is high, the workload is constant, and the cost of over-functioning is quietly stacking up.
If you’re looking for a speaker, facilitator, or leadership partner who gets the grind and knows how to shift it.
You’re in the right place.
