The women who find me usually aren't falling apart. They're doing double dutch: smiling in the meeting, jumping every rope, and quietly running on empty.
Most of them came back to something. A leave. A reorg. An acquisition.
A new boss who has never done their job. And the role drifted. The relationship builder is suddenly being measured like a closer. The connector is being asked to think like an analyst. Confidence that took years to build disappears in a quarter.
Then the old habits kick in. Saying yes. Smoothing it over. Spending 30 minutes rewording a two-line email so nobody reads into it. Collecting the paycheck and calling it fine.
You're not broken. You're running a playbook that stopped working.
From the outside, you look fine.
A new job won't fix an old pattern.
Here's what my clients tell me on our first call: they don't want a quick fix.
They want something they can still use after our time together.
And they don't want to walk into their next job and carry the same habits right through the door.
I get it. I spent nearly two decades in corporate finance, in Pharma, at Kellogg, and at Ferrero Candy. Three mergers. Tripled growth. And somewhere in there, I lost myself. Changing my circumstances helped. Changing my patterns is what stuck.
Where you are now:
-
You're being measured on a job you never signed up for
-
You can't tell if you need a new job, a new role, or a really long nap
-
You spend energy looking okay that you need for actually being okay
-
You get home with nothing left for the people you love
Where you are Next Quarter:
-
You know whether to stay, shift, or go, and why
-
You can catch your patterns before they make decisions for you
-
You can name your strengths and the kind of role that actually uses them
-
You have a plan made of small weekly moves, not a someday list
-
You have something left at the end of the day
How We MOVE
Mirror. Own. Vision. Engage.
This is the framework behind everything I do, on stage and one on one.
It's how we go from "I know" to "I did."
1
Session One
Built on my 360 Spin diagnostic. We look at the whole picture and separate what's you from what's the environment.
Then we find the 2 to 3 patterns that keep pulling you off course and give each one a name.
Once a pattern has a label, you can catch it in real time.
You leave with a 90 day Roadmap.
2
Session Two
We own what's yours, without blame, and set down what was never yours to carry.
Then we get specific about what you want: the work, the hours, the kind of team, what balance actually looks like for you.
3
Session Three
Now we move.
The conversation, the applications, the decision you've been circling.
You leave with scripts in your own voice and a plan for the next 90 days.

FAQs
I already have a therapist and a career coach.
Why would I need this?
Keep them. This works alongside them. Therapy helps you understand where your patterns come from. A career coach helps you find the next role. I make sure you don't carry the old patterns into it, and that you actually take the next step.
Is this coaching?
No. It's strategic consulting. We look at the decisions in front of you, the patterns driving them, and the moves that get you where you want to go.
My schedule is unpredictable. Will this work for me?
Sessions are privately on Zoom. Session 1 runs about 90 minutes, and sessions 2 and 3 run about 60 minutes, spread across 90 days. We book sessions in advance so they're protected, and between-session moves are small on purpose. (Evening times available)
I mostly know you from YouTube. How is this different?
The videos are for everyone. This is for you: your boss, your team, your calendar, your next move.
Can my company pay for this?
Sometimes. Many employers have professional development budgets. I can provide an invoice and a short description to share with your manager or HR.
